E' possibile collegare l'account da ps4 a pc. anche avendo collegato entrambi i giochi su entrambe le piattaforme a ubisoft sullo stesso account?

It is possible to connect the account from ps4 to pc. even having linked both games on both platforms to ubisoft on the same account?
