Sound Bug - Extremely Muffled/Muted Sound from behind
Encountering a sound bug after Operation Ember Rise release, muffled/muted sounds when not looking at object/person making the sounds, as shown in the video below.

Anyone have any info or experiencing the same issue? I have no custom audio drivers and do not have 7.1 surround sound enabled. Also tried the three different audio settings in game but there is no change.

Have the same Issue ever since the update. Some speculate its caused by the new windows update on September 13.

If this is true I might try rolling back on the update and see if it fixes it.

EDIT: I was able to roll back the update and it fixed all sound issues in Siege and other games.

Yep it is bugged with my Steelseries Arctis 5 but when I use my $25 headset I can hear fine

I just tried my other headset and it's still weird sounding. But it was fine for like two hours after the update and then went bed woke up this morning with these sound errors and I fixed my main audio because that was messed up but now Siege is being weird. And my audio isn't just like the one in the video all weapons are muffled and running. My audio also use to be amazing but the overall quality is bad and I tried fixing that also.

I uninstalled the Windows 10 September cumulative update and it fixed all sound issues for me. I'd recommend everyone else to try it too.
