got banned for saying N I G G A

Me and my pals always call eachother "n i g g a s" and we cool with it. So you can probably imagine how suprised i am when i typed in chat "ay my ♥♥♥♥♥" and i immediately got banned for 30 minutes. I don't usually type in chat to my friends because we usually use discord, but today i had guests around so i didnt want to use discord. THEN I GOT IMMEDIATELY BANNED FOR SAYING THAT ♥♥♥♥.
So does context not matter at all in these situations? Can they not combine this system with report button and track continuos behavior instead of just going ham instantly? Is the best way to prevent hate speech truly to just hard ban racial slurs that have different meanings in different context?
Tell me what you guys think about this new system and situation!

youre a cran for that lmao, it is a slur when WHITE people use it, when we use it it means something else. and it should not be an auto ban regardless, i been getting called the n word w a hard R since mw2 youd think wed stop being snowflakes and not let it get to us tf
