привыкай, такое время от времени происходит, azure, сервис, который соединяет тебя с сервером порой подключает к японии через европу, отсюда и такой пинг

Лучше бы, вместо того, чтобы быть очень толерантными и тд, лучше бы свои сервера чинили.
