Linked wrong ubisoft account to twitch

So i acideantlly linked my old ubisoft account to twitch, however this account doesnt own siege so unliked it and re-linked it on my current account, but didnt get the twitch prime stuff, is the twitch prime loot permanently on my old account now or can i fix this?
