Battleye Failed to Install?

Yesterday I played siege and it was fine. Stopped playing and started again around an hour later and I see "Battleye is starting", it stayed on that screen and wouldn't start so I uninstalled Battleye and tried starting again, now it said Failed to Install Battleye [4,21], then I tried verifying integrity of game files, still no fix/ I also tried running game as adminstrator to no avail. When I logged onto my pc this morning the Rainbow Six shortcut was replaced with a globe if this means anything.
Why is it doing this? I've been locked out of a game that I have payed for. (It isn't my first time playing siege, I have around 120 hours logged in the game). Could someone please help me?

For some reason I have two rainbow six folders. One in steam and one in a ubisoft folder. When I use the ubisoft folder shortcut it asks me to enter my CD key as well.

I had similar error (Failed to Install Battleye [4,5]) some two days ago, did all the support steps, still can't launch the game.

I have done this multiple times, It has not fixed the problem.

I tried deleting my battleye folders so I can start the game and hopefully it installs it for me. I succesfully managed to delete if from The Steam R6 Siege, however, I cannot delete the battleye folder from Common Apps because there is a service called BEService.exe running on my computer that I cannot stop because "access is denied" so I can't delete that folder.

I don't know why but I have a version of Rainbow Six Siege on Uplay AND steam,. When I tried to uninstall each one, Battleye comes up saying it cant Initialize or something like that. This is getting extremely frustrating. A game that worked completely fine just decides to stop working? I'm going to try to reinstall the game, which will take me at least a couple days. It's ridiculous that it has gotten to this point.

BEService.exe is STILL running despite uninstalling siege. I'm trying to stay optimistic here but I am really not sure If reinstalling will fix my problem or if it is a waste of time. Such a shame because I enjoyed playing R6 Siege so much. I tried submitted a case in the ubisoft support site, but the button for submit is greyed out and doesn't let me click it.
