Its the ''Ubisoft/Uplay store not available'' thing again.
So, Ive had this problem in the past... like 1 or near 2 months ago and Im having it again.
Last time I wrote a support ticket and a ubisoft staff replied with:

''I understand that you are unable to purchase credits from the in-game store.

I would like to inform you that our system detected fraudulent activity and transactions on a number of Ubisoft accounts that may violate our Terms of Use and potentially compromise the accounts.

Due to these activities your account has been blocked from making purchases.''

Now I have no idea what that meant. I havent been scamming people or doing something suspicious with my one and only account.
YES - A friend sends money to my steam account so I can buy new operators or elite skins, BUT NO, Im not making him do that or forcing anybody else to do something similar to that. My friend sends me funds for new operators and this happened before but Im not sure how it got solved.
After that email that ubisoft sent me, I launched rainbow six and purchased the creddits without any problems.
Should i write another support ticket or a mod in these discussions can help me somehow.

You'd need to speak with the Support Team again, this is not something we can deal with in an open forum. This is because we wouldn't be able to discuss account information here.

It's worth noting that this can also be due to chargebacks on the account or purchasing Credits from gray market sites.

Hello i have the same problem but i sent it to the support still cant you change it so you have to verify the purchase

I have the same issue and this is the first time buying credits. I bought the game on Steam.

I get this screen telling me to Add Funds but I already have funds in my wallet. I can't even find the r6 credits DLC page in steam. This is so broken smh

If you're still having issues purchasing credits, can you plesae set up a case on our support site[support.ubisoft.com] and then let us know your case number.

It's crazy how the whole company's support team is incompetent and useless. This is some EA level thing

Same problem here 6 different operators in the ticket yet no-one said anything useful
