Thanks for reporting your experience with this to us. Have you experienced this with more than one headset if you've been able to try this?
Can you recall what operators you were playing as and what map you were on when this happened to you?

Thanks for getting back to me with more detail, we appreciate that.
If you do get the chance to try another headset, please could you update the thread with your findings so we can get more info on this as it would be useful?
- Ubisoft Support
Happened mainly as Twitch and on the Ski Lodge map
Did this start after the release of Phantom Sight or was it occurring before this?
- Ubisoft Support
Would you be able to provide us with a video example of the issue? This would help us to look into the issue.

If it happens again and I am able to record it - I will.
Thankfully thus far it has been infrequent.
Is there an email address I can send it through to?
I get so lost I prefer to play without audio because its all glitched. The sounds from the left is in the right, if im getting shot from behind I listen in front of me, its literally a mess and it happened just today and I cant find a way to fix the audio, its honestly unplayable
Will update if anything changes.
I'm on PC, using Logitech G430 and now same issue on my new Corsair HS60 Pro.
