You're blocked from logging in due to repeated failed attempts. Please come back later.
You guys can see the title. in a link it says i just have to wait for 1 hour and 15 mins only. but now its been like 6 hours still cant sign into my account. Do you wanna know how did this happen? Earlier this morning i was trying to log in. So it wanted 2-step verification. So i went to google auth and wrote the code. It said that it was wrong. I tried it couple of times but same result. After a while they just suspended me. Now i am stuck and don't know how long should i wait or just give up. help me.
Update: i just checked with a vpn that everything is fine. Is it possible that ubisoft just suspended my real ip address?

The temporary suspension on your account is a security measure put in place to prevent fraud attempts.

We are unable to remove it at this time and would advise waiting 20 - 60 minutes before logging in again, as every attempt while the account is suspended will extend the lockout.

If you find you still can't login after an hour please try again in 24 hours.
In the unlikely event the lockout has not expired after this time, can you please set up a case on our support site[support.ubisoft.com] and let us know the case number here on the forums.

Hey there!

This issue happens when you have logged in incorrectly too many times. If you try and log in during the 60 minutes, it will reset.

I am still having this problem and i have not tried log in while i was suspended. I can not even contact you guys via your "support website" because i can't log in there and you guys won't just let me. HELP ME.

I have already pm you guys on facebook with a screenshot( In ubisoft support page). But you guys did not even see that and did not replied. I need some real HELP.

Its VileDracula . I logged in with vpn now. but if i log out now i wont be able to log in without vpn ( because of that forever suspended). I dont know what is happening? pls help.

i tried touchvpn and it worked. aftersome days it was fixed surprisingly.

Hey yeah, here's an idea - stop blocking me out from playing the games I BOUGHT WITH MY MONEY because you keep logging me out of your terrible ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ service that I literally never actively use.

You are literally stealing the product that I spent money on by giving these suspensions away. What you are doing is essentially a pro-piracy move, you are ASKING people to pirate your games because of this stupid ♥♥♥♥.

Hello. I have the same problem. I played the game, then I lost the Internet. After I finished playing, I decided not to turn off the computer, so as not to lose my save. As a result, when the Internet appeared, I clicked to reconnect, which gave me an error, I tried to reconnect again, after which it knocked out that I had to log in to my account, everything had happened automatically before. After I tried to log in, I got a message that my account was temporarily blocked, etc. please help, the site also does not allow access to your account. I changed the password through my email address, but still does not let it. Ainoure is the name of the profile. Thanks in advance for the timely resolution of the problem.

We're sorry to hear that's occurred for you.

Just to confirm, you need to wait at least 30 minutes from the last login attempt before you'll be able to login again to the account. Even if you change your Password.

If you are still unable to login to your account, we'd advise speaking with the Support team through one of the channels below:

What is the specific error message that you are getting?

There can be a delay in our responses, but they will be back in contact as soon as they have an update.
