Low FPS in R6:S

It run at 15-25 FPS on all settings I tried many tips from google but nothing works. Can you help me?

kids on this thread thinking that Rainbow Six Siege is heavy video card usage game lul.
It is well optimised for CPU mostly, but with every update I get more spikes for my CPU workage, as it my lowest component in the build: FX 6300 - GTX 1060 6gb

Weirdly my laptop stutters CS:GO max settings but not on R6S, because why not.
