Troubleshooting with wireless headphones(bluetooth)
I always play with my headphones that works with bluetooth and they work properly in all the games except rainbow six siege, i dont understand why but since the last update my headphones doesnt work in this game.

Is all sound not working, or is it specific sounds not working?

sometimes is all sound and i cant hear anything, others doesnt work game sounds but voice chat works

Great, cheers. Can you make sure the Bluetooth headset is set as the default communication device?

I did it and it was setted as the default communication

okay i solve it
now i have a new problem, when i enter in a match, after choosing the operator to play with, when the first round is going to start my game close.

now i have a new problem, when i enter in a match, after choosing the operator to play with, when the first round is going to start my game close.

How did you resolve it, can you let me know for future reference? I believe this was due to a degradation yesterday, you should no longer be experiencing this now. Let me know if you are please.

my headphones have their own mic, and that mic automatically turned on when i joined a game somehow, and became the priority, which "muted" the game audio. I had to go to recording devices and disable it's mic function. It works fine now.
