I can't hear anything in r6s

My game is silent suddenly. I have checked the sound card and the driver. There's no problem. There are sounds when I play other games. Only R6S has no sound. I don't know what happen.

I've sent a ticket to Ubisoft to respond to this issue, but I haven't heard back. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me?

I solved it. I updated my sound card to the latest and then rolled back to the previous version, and it sounded miraculously.

Glad to see you managed to solve it, apologies no one got back to you sooner about this issue on Steam.

@Rab & mruiz1999 are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried updating your sound drivers?
