-I can't hear game chat
-Friends can't hear me in discord (talked more about later)
-Other players stop moving
-Yellow plug turns to red plug
-disconnected from game
-error code pops up 2-0x0000C015

(During this disconnect, I notice that I cannot load web-pages or other things that require internet, it's like I have no internet for 10 seconds).


I have tried most of what is mentioned in this thread to no avail:

-Reset Router
-Port forward
-google DNS
-QoS
-UPnP on/off
-purchased a new modem
-purchased a new router
-purchased new cat6 Ethernet cables
-disabled all my firewall applications

Things I have not tried:
-I do not used any corsair peripherals so I don't have CUE
-I use Logitech peripherals with their game center software (which I have not disabled)
-I have not uninstalled Killer Control Center (which I just discovered on my PC)
-I have not tried FPS limiting/ or the V SYNC attempt

NOW SOMETHING WORTH NOTING THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN MENTIONED IN THIS THREAD:

WHEN THIS DISCONNECT HAPPENS, AND I RECEIVE THE ...C015 ERROR, I ALSO AM TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED FROM DISCORD CHAT. my friends can't hear me and I can't hear them. then about 10 seconds later I am reconnected and can hear them and they can hear me. This occurs while siege is booting me back to the main menu and displaying the C015 error code.


okay, this sounds like a problem unrelated to siege. You shouldn't be disconnected from discord or unable to load internet pages. Everyone that has this issue makes it so that the game freezes entirely for about a minute, you cannot move around or do nothing. I would say for certain that this is an internet problem. Is your PC wired or wireless? Try buying another modem, try buying another router, you can always return them if you find that to not be the cause but I can almost say for certainty its something to do with that.

I agree with what he says it seems that it is unrelated to seige, I had both problems with mine in that I had the complete freeze and the disconnect in game although no dissconnect in discord. I reccomend launch command prompt in admin and type *start* sfc /scannow *end* that command will run a system file checker which will check windows for any errors and recomend a fix (check on google if your worried about the command). As well as check your file for game settings for seige and check that it is running to the right server and hasnt defaulted you to a server which geologically ages away. As well as I think you could try to launch seige and just discord as soon as your pc starts up and give it a go, as well as try to disable any start up programs through task manager (and system tray) and try to close as much background programs as you can, and if that doesnt work maybe launch facebook find the ubisoft support page and direct message them. Probably has something to do with your killer control center. I've heard some people had trouble with that

Guys I am convinced now that this is a siege problem. Or at the very least a siege/ISP pairing problem. I started using a connection monitoring app that constantly pings and check connections for you to specific IPs. I set it up to ping google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and started playing siege. I received error code 2-0x0000C015 while playing, and did drop a single ping check to googles servers. I didn't miss a single ping (happening every second), and if it misses a ping check it will then rapidly ping every 500ms to see how long the connection was dropped for. I didn't lose a single ping check at all 4 servers I was testing. This tells me I am SPECIFICALLY only losing connection to SIEGE, or specific ports that SIEGE is using.

We always have discord open when we play games... a few months ago my friend lunches Rainbow but all of a sudden gets an error code, fast forward today and his brother lunched the game for him. His brother managed to play smoothly and everything but when me and and my friend were going to play it gave him the error code right away, I told him to try to close discord and use In game chat with me and that seemed to work. Hope this works for the rest of you just leave the discord call and close discord... If that doesn't work try to lower your graphics aswell.

So what seems To be the best way to fix the problem if there is one, I live in Las Vegas, NV and I have this problem there are sometimes when i join a game and i dont DC but then ill play one after thinking i wont dc and then i kick removed with the error and i have to close the game and open it to join back, then there are some game where like i dc like 4 times any help will be great <3

This glitch is so non-descript and random. You can have a caps lock light not turning on cause it, or you could have your wifi cause it, or you could have some random program that works for everything else, or it could just be because you live in the wrong place. This shouldn't be happening in one of the biggest competitive fps games backed by one of the biggest publishers that are rolling in e-sports cash.

I have also talked with Ubisoft Support and they are just brain dead telling me to do the troubleshoot thing when i have told them it wont work for crap
