I can't buy the year 5 pass (error) ;-;

I tried many times to buy it, but it always fails and a message appears saying that the payment can't be made and that I should try again in a few minutes. Does anyone know why?

Most of my friends also got 5 alpha packs, 2 legendary 3 epic, and still haven't gotten those. Also don't see them listed, but they all had the same thing. I myself don't even have the Jager skin or the VIP discount bu I do have the increased alpha pack chance.

If you are having issues with making in-game purchases on your Steam version of the game, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK
