Problem with ping.
7th February i had 100 ping on weu and neu server. 8th february's morning my ping have became to 200 and now it is 200 too. what happened? What i need to do? Support dont give me answer.

High ping problem
Hi!

For a last 2 weeks I happen to have very high ping in r6 (before it was around 45-60 but now it's 166-250) This problem is so bad that game once connected me to west US data center (Im from poland BTW) and it still was high. I also noticed that other people who described similar sounding problem also happend to be polish. So I came to little conclusion that maybe there is some problem with getting quality connection from Poland. Im not using any VPNs or other stuff so I have no clue what to do to fix it.

middle east server
hey ubisoft , I want to say me and my friends we playing 5 year with high ping from middle east , with 70 upto 90 ms ping , please try to fix our pings after 5 eyars .

my netowrk is fiberhome 25 mb/s and 1 ms latency to tehran , 80 ms on menu to weu ...
can you give middle east servers to help our ping?

Hi Landy,

Were you able to try all the troubleshooting steps posted by Ubi-Viral?

Do you know if you are running any background software that may be interfering with the game?

Do you also know what your CPU usage is running at when you launch the game? And do you have enough memory and Vram?

Are you using Vulkan mode or DirectX?

There could be several reasons why the game keeps crashing for you, we need to be able to narrow it down a bit more if you can answer the previous questions, thanks bud.

Hi, since the begining of the new update. I have been having the same issue as described above. And I'm also from Poland. Is there a way to fix the issue myself or RS6 dev team is doing something about it?

My cpu is a ryzen 7 3700 and i have like 12% usage thats beacuse i got a gtx 750ti 2gb vram right now

I get removed from games and placed back in main menu with no vote kick or error messages.
So after the recent update I noticed that the game would just return me to the main menu even though I didn't click on the return to menu button, it does not give me any error code, just removes me from the game and places me in the main menu. Non of my friends experienced this, only me.

Posting here cuz ubisoft support did not allow me to even submit this issue as a ticket....

Can you confirm you have tried all the steps in our connectivity guide including port forwarding your router settings? -

Previously we noticed that enabling Vsync 2 Frame in the settings would decrease the ping.
In some cases disabling Vsync returned the ping to normal.

Let us know when you have tried ALL of these steps and if they were successful for you or not?

Please let us know what area you are all playing in too so we can establish if this is affecting a certain area.

Tried all of these steps, ping is still 220

NEU area, same problem, pops me into US east for whatever reason. Tried all of the steps mentioned throughout the entire discussion as well as multiple other threads, sites and more, nothing works. Ping refuses to drop below 150~, and force switching to NEU/EUW data center makes the ping go even higher. Every other multiplayer game I play works fine, it's literally only Siege suffering from this issue for me.
