Is this issue happening in Uplay or Steam?
If Uplay, try logging out/in and testing again. Failing this, reinstall the Uplay client.

In future, please try to refrain from necro-ing old threads and instead consider creating your own if a current one for your issue isn't already available.
Are you still locked to Do Not Disturb?
If so, are you unable to select any other Status Options?
And can you please try setting the Ubisoft Connect client to 'Offline' and 'Online' again and let us know if there are any changes.
