vulkan texture artifacts and fps drops

hello, i am experiencing weird artifacts exactly like vega card's artifact issue happened recently and fixed with drivers. its usually on bloods and dead bodies. weird square floating textures. u can literally run around them. its like floating 3d square artifacts on dead bodies and bloods. i will try to record a video whenever its possible.
moving square artifacts in operators selection phase at weapons skin preview when u r selecting a operator.

and severe fps drops and its noticable af.
its like skipping frames.
