Random Ban Penalty

Recently I have been experiencing an issue where I am randomly banned without leaving a ranked match. I am playing ranked and the pop up comes up while I'm playing the match and I cannot play another match, all the penalties are instated. This is very annoying because I don't do anything I just get banned and can't play. It happens after the previous game is played and I am in another ranked match and its happened to both me and my friend.

The Support team have no access to specific details regarding account sanctions or the ability to overturn these. Please note, that even if you feel you were moved from a match without warning, these sanctions can be applied due to actions taken in previous games, either by player report or account review.
