Alpha packs disappearing?
This has been happening for too long sometimes while trying to open an Alpha pack it says "We encountered an error" or smthn like that. And it restores back to 2% Uhhhh this game.

I opened 3 alpha pack this season, 1was working fine, got some common crap but two others had errors and gave me each 1000 renown

You need to restart game for renowns to appear
