Game not loading into casual

[Velvet Thunder]

So I started playing this game two days ago and I already face an annoying problem.
Whenever I queue for casual (I am still not ranked ) , I choose my operator and then it starts loading into the game. Everyone loads in but I get an infinite loading icon and eventually I get kicked. My internet gives me 60 ms ping and i am running an i5 with a gtx 1050ti.
Please help me I really like the game.
