Drops not received in-game

Hey,

As the title says, I did get twitch notifications about charms and booster drops from different channels, but still haven't received any of the drops in game even though my accounts are linked, it's been over 17 days since I got the notifications and none of the drops showed up in game.


Is that normal ?

Yes I do see them in Twitch inventory under Drops section, and it says they are only accessed within the game.
I've also read the FAQ and linked the accounts multiple times, but still nothing :
