I'd first recommend verifying your game files.
Let us know if you're still having issues after that.

This worked thanks
Things I've done so far:
- Reinstall the game 4 times
- Verifying Game files 16 times
- Flush DNS
- Restart PC 10 times
- Clear Cache and restart Steam and Uplay
- Reinstalled it on my HDD and then back to SSD
- Change DNS
Nothing worked. Downloading is not a problem since I usually have unlimited bandwidth and a speed of 12 Gbps [ approx. 1.2 GBPS ]
This error is usually associated with a network issue, looks like you've already completed some of these steps but could you run through some basic connectivity troubleshooting[support.ubi.com] just to rule that out?

Reinstall the game completely and make sure you Flush DNS ( Command Prompt > type " ipconfig /flushdns " without the quotes )
Change your DNS Server
Then clear cache and start Steam and Uplay and verify the files. You should not get that error again.
Edit: Now I'm more concerned about my game crashing every alternative rounds (especially when I play ranked)
what do you mean clear cache, me too having this issue
clear Steam Cache and Uplay cache along with Temp files
