I'm sorry this is happening. The error is a generic "connection lost" one, so it doesn't really specify what's going on here. Are there any others that use your internet to play online?
The steps you have provided would usually resolve this type of issue. Have you tried contacting your ISP and asking if everything's okay on their end when you play? Might be worth speaking to them.
When you've done that, if they confirm it's all good on their end, please create a case and include your {LINK REMOVED}system files. It is very possible that something software related is happening here, and we will be able to investigate further with those files.

Its weird though because some weeks the game is unplayable due to this occuring, other weeks the game is perfectly fine.
If you've gone through our R6S connectivity guide (Especially the part about port forwarding[ubi.li] but are still having connection issues, can you please set up a case on our support site[support.ubisoft.com]
When you've done this, please let us know your case number here on the forums.

Did you go through the connection guide in my previous response?

Search "System Configuration" and open it --> Go to Services tab and check "Hide all microsoft services". After that, disable all the services that you don't need. For me, I disabled everything except BattleEye service and Steam Client Service. Apply the changes and restart.
Post this, I haven't faced the issue even once and I did this 3 days back. I think ubisoft support should also recommend this because I see many people facing this issue and it's disappointing that ubisoft hasn't been able to resolve this. If this is a software conflict for ports or something, it shouldn't crash the whole internet. Hopefully in future Ubisoft fixes this and hopefully the above solution works for you too.
worked for me :)
