Can't play ranked even with 2 step verification
I can't play ranked even though i've done the steps required and it even says on my account overview that it's activated it's just ingame where it says i still need to activate 2 step.

I have tried 2 step verification with both google authenticator and email.
I've also tried re-doing the 2 step verification multiple times without success.

2 Step Verification isn't working
I activated the 2 step verification, reset my game and ubisoft laucher but it didin't work. Go Deactivate it and try to activate it with my email, it's working. But i still can't play because the games said it isn't activated.... HELP

Hi varachitek. I am sorry to hear you cannot play ranked after activating 2 Step Verification. If you attempt to play ranked, are you able to still play? As we are aware of a visual bug, that says you cannot play but you still can.

Also did you get the Thermite skin? Thanks!

I can still play casual and terrorist and it's not only visual because there is a lock next to the ranked. And if it's a headgear or a uniform I didint get anything.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about this.

Can you please confirm what your Ubisoft Account username is for me?

There's a high chance you have multiple accounts and you're logged in to the Ubisoft Account management pages to set up 2FA on one account, then playing the game on another.

You were correct, it turns out i have two Ubisoft accounts

The same thing is happening to me also, i did the 2 step activation, restarted rainbow and it still shows rank locked. Please help

In order to look into your account and get you up and running with ranked, can you set up a case on our support site.[support.ubi.com]
Once you have done this, let us know the case number :)

I cant play ranked either im level 39 and already have 2 step verification i logged out and logged back in with 2 step and i still cant play ranked?
