Help with surround sound

i have the logitech g933 headset with 7.1 surround sound. i turned it on and it does work sort of. I can hear where people are coming from, however some sound just sound off. like bullets sound quiet and dull and other noises are hard to pick up. is this normal and something i need to get use to, or do i need to reconfigure somehting in some sound settings?

Have you tried playing with the audio settings for your Logitech G933? There are options in the audio settings to change to such as Studio Mode. Make sure that you have temporarily disabled other audio devices as well. Don't forget that there is an Audio Settings tab in Rainbow Six: Siege to play around. Some people prefer having the game on Hi-fi or Night mode.
