HyperX Cloud II too quiet in Rainbow Six Siege

As I mentioned in the title, I use HypreX Cloud II but I get a very low sound when playing Rainbow Six Siege. I'm not having this problem when listening to music or in other games. But I'm having this problem at Rainbow Six Siege. I'm waiting for your help.

Are you experiencing this with any other Ubisoft games you may own or is it just R6S?

Have you adjusted your settings in the in-game menu and on the Uplay overlay?

Only in R6S, I edited my settings in the in-game menu, Where can I get Uplay settings? Maybe there is a problem on Uplay.

My mistake I don't believe there is an option in Uplay.

Yeah, I tried. All have the same problem

In your volume mixer settings on the windows task bar, have you made sure the R6S slider is raised to maximum?

Also try going to Playback Devices by right clicking the sound icon on the task bar again, then go to properties on the device you're using, go to enhancements and check the loudness equalizer option to see if this helps.

Yes, I have activated that setting. But the gunfire has come out very little sound.

Yeah I am currently having this issue, I don't know why it is happening I have tried all those things and with the noise equalizers it will work but it will make loud noises super quiet like gun fire, and not loud noises loud, I don't know what to do because I really like this headset but I just can't play, I basically put everything to 100 volume and it is still low volume, I am not sure why this is the case is there something I could do as sound on other stuff sounds great
