Are you experiencing this with any other Ubisoft games you may own or is it just R6S?
Have you adjusted your settings in the in-game menu and on the Uplay overlay?

Only in R6S, I edited my settings in the in-game menu, Where can I get Uplay settings? Maybe there is a problem on Uplay.
My mistake I don't believe there is an option in Uplay.
Could you test if this happens in situations, terrorist hunt and online multiplayer or just one of the modes?

Also try going to Playback Devices by right clicking the sound icon on the task bar again, then go to properties on the device you're using, go to enhancements and check the loudness equalizer option to see if this helps.

Yes, I have activated that setting. But the gunfire has come out very little sound.
