Hey Big E! Are you still having issues connecting to the game servers? Do you get any specific error codes?

Could you please complete the troubleshooting {LINK REMOVED} to see if this helps with your connection?

I re-installed the game and now it works fine like it should be! :cozybethesda:

Im having the same problem.
Kicked me out of ranked match on matchpoint and wont let me join back , says attempt to connect to the server failed. Restarted everything and then put me in a new match. This is the second time. Oh , just now , i got a penalty sanction and lost elo.

Try to re instal the game. Or try to clean cache from files or steam and local files. Might help =)

It happens only sometimes , a restart of uplay client and game works but it doesnt fix the issue of losing rank and elo. And you cant rejoin the rank match. My main game is over 100+ gb with ultra texture so reinstalling is a pain in the butt.

I have been a siege player since Year 0 , so I have already tried these things for other siege related issues back in the day. I dont know if it will do any difference now but I'll give it a try. Thankyou for your time. Have a Nice day.

Of course not always but this seems to be an error that should be fixed.

If you're having issues connecting to our servers and you have double checked that there is no maintenance occurring or known server issues, you can do so here[rainbow6.ubisoft.com], I would recommend performing each step of our connectivity troubleshooting here[support.ubisoft.com].

Hi, having the same issue for quite some times, I've tried reinstalling a couple of times, changing my dns, and reached out to ubisoft support, nothing helps

Please please help me, I wan't to play siege so bad :D
