Discord and Uplay issues while playing R6.

Since, like, half a year I got issues with discords voice chat and Uplay overlay while playing R6.

The problem with Discord is, that the moment the preperation phase ends my friends are unable to hear me.

The second issue I got is, that I am unable to open the Uplay overlay while playing a match.

Is there anybody else out there, with the same issues or a solution to fix that.

I would be very grateful.

Hey there!

For your first question / issue. Is it Discord that stops working or the in-game chat? Could you try complete the steps in the Discord Support page {ENLACE ELIMINADO}here.

For your second issue, could you make sure that you have in-game overlays enabled? You can access that by going to the 'Settings menu' (3 horizontal lines in the top left of Uplay). Then go to 'Settings' and make sure that it's ticked.

I've been having problems with using Discord as well while playing R6... sometimes Discord uses a lot more of my CPU while I'm playing R6 than it usually does, and it hasn't done that with any other games. Could just be Discord?

Possibly, but I wouldn't want people to stop using it. I've not noticed any issues with it in Siege personally, but if it's causing a lot of problems within the game, it's probably better off disabling the overlay for it.

i have had problem with one of my friend. When ever he is in a call his voice starts freaking out. Our pings arent high but it sounds like it. And it only with this one friend.

UBI Connect Freezing

Ubi Connect is freezing every time i go into it. Having to kill the game. Normally it freezes when I click on friends section. But sometimes when i just click ubi connect it will freeze on the challenges. In any case it freezes ubi connect every single time. I can see in the background the game is not frozen...just ubi connect and it won't allow me to close out of ubi connect overlay forcing me to quit the game. ANYONE HAVE A FIX??? So damn annoying. And I cannot invite friends.

If you guys have discord issues while playing ubisoft games (r6,division,far cry) try using V-Sync,
it worked for me in r6 (Frame 1 mode under V-Sync)

ubisoft connect wont register me "online"

so ubisoft connect seemingly out of nowhere is now registering me "offline and half my friends are experiencing the same thing, i literally cant play with my friends and I have tried all solutions i know of

Change In-game Overlay

Is there any option to change in-game overlay to the old one?

1. New overlay made the game stutter when opened
2. Loading Challenges took much longer
3. You taken back to Core Challenges instead of Weekly, then again consuming more time
