However, over the time I have been waiting for an solution many have given me what worked for them. These didn't work for me but they might for you!
Navigate to Steam → Settings
In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
"Delete browser cache" → OK
After doing this, launch Siege and try to buy credits. If it does not work, relaunch Siege and try it 1 more time. If it doesn't work then, try another solution.
This solution doesn't apply to me because I bought Steam money through gift cards ^
I haven't tried solution 6 myself just because of the time it would take to reinstall Siege and all of it's components on my computer. Use solution 6 with caution.

Are your friends connected to the same network as you at the time of trying to purchase the packs?

Please could you attach a screenshot showing the error message that you're getting when trying to purchase said Credits.
Let me know the reference number once you've created it.

Thanks for the case reference, can you give more info on the credits you were able to buy in the end? This could potentially be a block on one specific item you've tried to buy previously if that's the case. When was the last time you tried to buy the smaller packs?

I have experienced the same block I would say. I bought the same 16000 credit pack on 2/6/19 and it did not solve till today for buying the next one.
We are aware of issues with the Credits and these are being looked into by the by the team.
