Glitched Pixels in full screen mode

I have been playing R6 for more than an year now, this started happening recently after I updated my graphics driver (this has never happened before though I keep on updating my drivers).

The pixels on my screen are misplaced and it looks disrupted, apart from in game, my display works perfectly fine.

On reading a few surveys online I saw that going into borderless mode solved the problem. My issue is that my gameplay isn't as smooth as it was, the fps fluctuates and its a little laggy.

Any ideas why this started happening in the first place?

Can you let me know if reverting your graphics card drivers to a previous version prevents this from happening?

I dont know if this is still active or not but this just start happening to me it gets pixelated like 10 mins into a game and i dont know what to do

Does going into borderless mode stop this from happening? It's most likely an issue with your graphics card. Have you updated this recently? If so, perhaps try rolling it back or install new drivers if they're old.

Let me know if it's still happening after trying these.
