I see, for starters can you please uninstall and then reinstall the most recent version of Uplay via {链接已删除}uplay.ubi.com
If you are still having issues after, please try to flush your DNS and try the steps here: {链接已删除}https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/000025657/Connectivity-Issues-with-Uplay-PC/
If this doesn't work, i'd advise changing your e-mail for the account via {链接已删除}account.ubisoft.com as this can sometimes resolve it
