I would consult the manufacturers guides for this.
- Ubisoft Support
unfortunatly the headphones are plug and play. i already stated the problem is not there when in main menu, the operator selection screen or any other situation. other games are fine as well. i did consult the manufacturers guide. as for configuring it correctly it's according to beyerdynamics (the manufactures) a plug and play. i searched for hours on the net for help but did not find anything. i found some videos containing roughly the same but they said it was fixed by restarting the game. now as i mentioned before i DONT have the problem in the main menu, options, op customization, op selection, after match debriefing or any other ascpect in the game except for the in-game part. thank you for your time anyway.

Hey hogge,
As this is a fairly old thread now, may we please know more about your current situation specifically? Such as;
- The exact audio behaviour you encounter? (is it muffled only at certain points or after certain actions?)
- What audio output devices have you tried? (speakers, headsets, wireless / wired)
- What in-game Audio preset are you using? (stereo, surround)
- Are you using any additional Spatial Sound software? (Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic)
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far?
Thank you!

Hey hogge,
Sorry for the delayed response, thank you for getting back to us with that.
Could you please ensure you give all the steps in this guide[www.ubisoft.com] a try to troubleshoot this.
Please also try another audio output device to see if the issue persists.
Let us know how you get on, thank you!
