Whenever I open Siege, is there a way to fix this?

It may be an issue with Uplay connecting or authenticating.

Can you try opening Uplay on it's own, will it let you login?

I'm getting the same error. Upon launching the game uPlay throws "Failed to syncronize achievements" error with "Cancel", "Skip" and "Try again" buttons.

Retrying doesn't do anything and if I choose skip, then game client itself launches, but gives out "Uplay is currently unavailable" message (error code 0-0x00000209).

Uplay app is shown as connected, no errors, friend list loads without issues.

Last time played yesterday, had no problems.

add: did a local files verification and restarted Steam and uPlay clients, doesn't help. Whoa, scratch this. Restarted one more time and it works now. Steam client did some updating and problem went away.

Yeah it does, I'm able to play Siege though, it's just happens.

So you don't get the same error when you skip this message, but that syncing issue just occurs each time?
