i have the game, played it and it still says i dont own it please guys help me, i know someone probablly already asked this but this is so annoying

There can sometimes be some issues with the game connecting with the Club. If it's no there, please speak with the Support Team through the site here[support.ubi.com]

Thank you for answering! Yes you are correct the game does not show up. I have contacted support i just have to wait. Do you know how to reconnect or resolve the issue?

i have the same problem too, Ubiclub doesn't connect the game with the club.

Do as i do and send your support ticket number to the devs but maybe in a diffrent thread?

I was send a reply to the support but, they don't give to me a ticker number.

i have the game, even played a couple of hours. it and it still says i dont own it, and i can't claim the reward.
i was chatted with support and they said to me that check the files integrity... nothing of this work. i was search in other threads and the solution was the connection of the game and the Club Ubi.. when i tell this to the support they just ignore me.. even i was send a screenshot, but the support doesn't give me a concrete solution.. please help me. my ticket number is 06089093

i was talked via twitter with ubbisupport about it and they solved. thats the only way. even in ghost recon wildands the problem was present

I was solved this issue by submitting a ticket to ubisoft support
