hello i have had a problem recently with ubisoft and it will not let me play, i have tried many things with my friend OGCrate and i cant seem to fix it. Any suggestions?

thank you so much, sorry i havent replied i got it fixed at a computer shop, my harddrive was full of old viruses from years ago and was worn down
