Razer Naga Hex V2 Bind Issues
Hello. I am unable to bind my mouse keys to any options in game. I go to customize controls, select unassigned, and then attempt to click the button on my mouse and it will not work. I have attempted macros in Razer Synapse as well. A working solution would be extremely appreciated. Cheers

I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with this.

Do you know what the buttons are counted as outside of the game? If they aren't default keys, ones you would find on your keyboard, you may need to change them in Synapse.

Hello, and thank you for your response. The buttons are not used for anything outside games, if that makes any sense... I am not sure if I am understanding your question completely though (like I don't use them for Microsoft applications, navigating web pages, etc). The keys are part of the 7-button wheel of the mouse. I have modified them, both in other games' options menus and Synapse, for other games I play. I am just having issues with Siege unfortunately. Cheers

No worries, sorry for not being clearer.

Basically, if you have a text document open and press the buttons will it type out anything?

Yes, because I have macros set at the moment that correspond to specific keys on the keyboard (button #1 on the mouse wheel = 'u' key, for example).

Thanks for confirming that.

Have you tried just using the keyboard to set the Keybind in game and then trying to use it from the mouse? For instance just setting U as a bind and then trying to use the Mouse wheel.

Any ideas on a solution ? I have somehow the same issues where when I start to play my special bindings are lost on the mouse. But it is a razer issue it seems. Maybe somehow the anticheat infereferes ? I dont have the same issue with other games.

It will not show ingame as a bound key but as a whitee block no matter what you have it bound in synapse to but it should still work i use the default 1-7 for the numbered thumb buttons. you cannot rebind scroll up or down in siege as far as i know doesnt matter the mouse you use. you can set scroll up or down in synapse to another key or use the side to side toggle on the scroll wheel if you rebind it to a keyboard key. feel free to message me if you have any wuestions about hex v2 and siege i have used the naga for over 1500 hrs of siege.
