Do you know what the buttons are counted as outside of the game? If they aren't default keys, ones you would find on your keyboard, you may need to change them in Synapse.

Hello, and thank you for your response. The buttons are not used for anything outside games, if that makes any sense... I am not sure if I am understanding your question completely though (like I don't use them for Microsoft applications, navigating web pages, etc). The keys are part of the 7-button wheel of the mouse. I have modified them, both in other games' options menus and Synapse, for other games I play. I am just having issues with Siege unfortunately. Cheers
Basically, if you have a text document open and press the buttons will it type out anything?

Have you tried just using the keyboard to set the Keybind in game and then trying to use it from the mouse? For instance just setting U as a bind and then trying to use the Mouse wheel.
