Just to get a better picture of the issue, does R6: Siege game crash as well as all the other apps you've mentioned? Additionally, is there any error message that follows up afterwards?
In order to troubleshoot this, try disabling background applications that may interfere with the game as per steps outlined in the following article[support.ubi.com]. Should your issue still persist however, have a look at this FAQ[support.ubi.com], try completing steps mentioned and let us know whether you notice any changes!

So I spent the last hour trying to fix this and solved it, so you just need to open Nvidia control panel then go to manage 3D settings and search for low Latency Mode and turn it off.
Then just restart your pc and will fix it ( At least for me did)
Tried it before without restarting PC but now it worked, thanks dude xD
