Need help solving Connection Error 3-0x00040002
So I am having this error for the last 7 hours. I was playing a casual match on the TTS and as soon as it was over it was reconnecting to server and couldn't ever since. Then the same problem happened to the game and I tried many solutions and it didn't work. I checked similar threads but didn't find any solution.

I tried verifying the files through steam, switching account on windows, changed my network adapter( I use mobile hotspot) and tried changing servers manually through the GameSettings file. Please help!

in my case, i used a vpn. it worked and i was able to get pass the error code. But the error code appears whenever i try to log in without vpn. so i guess its an isp problem :(
