Issue with Data Center and Ping

I live in the southern US, and have been struggling with ping ever since I started playing on PC. I chalked it up to my data center, as I'm on eus and not scus. So I went into the game settings .ini file, and changed it to scus. Booted the game back up, and it's still eus. For reference I'll bump the thread with how that line of text reads just in case I did something wrong. I'd rather get this sorted out before I start playing ranked.

dont bother changing the data centers the game servers are broken i have the same problem i have a good ping on every single game except this piece of garbage
they just dont wanna fix it

Hi there, sorry to hear you have experienced this in game, from what I understand you have followed the steps as outlined in our "Manual Datacentre Selection" FAQ but even though you have saved this folder displaying the correct datacenter you are still connecting to an incorrect one by default in game.?

To try and get this resolved would you be able provide us with an image showing the saved "GameSettings.ini file" and also how your game screen appears after completing step six in the FAQ[support.ubi.com]

Yea, I recently changed out my motherboard, CPU, and RAM and this same thing started to happen. when i look at the data center in the menu it's something along the lines of "-1246821039 ping" or "231246924 ping", that and the game is stuttery as heck.
