Game won't launch because of Missing gear core win 32 dll and gear detection dll
I reinstalled Uplay for the dll but everytime i restart, it just keep happening

Where are you getting the information on the missing contents, is this from the Uplay Logs?

FYI that's happens now i that i can run Uplay with no problem and try to run the game

I assume that you have tried re-installing Uplay, as you mentioned in in another thread.

Did you try the steps that were also suggested earlier in this post?

You mean like checking the useless Troubleshoot ? Yeah i did. Send a ticket to support ? Yeah i did too and now in waiting
