Finding my Uplay email

So before I look more dumb then I already am I have three emails one being old one for school and one for just life. I tried to reset my password for every account on each email (each one except for school) and none of them were my Uplay account email for Pc they were all accounts for Xbox and ps4 and I cant figure out where to find my Pc Uplay email.Did it use my steam email for the uplay account or what? (Sorry for saying email so many times) Also some random info if needed Im trying to find the email so I can reset the password and change my username and account picture

Yes I do know the username it shows up on the top left in r6

I clicked on contact us and I tried making a custom request but I need to sign into a ubisoft account would I use my xbox one or is there another possible way of contacting you privately? (I used the facebook link)
