Can't buy R6 Credits
I just got tired of CS GO and started playing siege again and i sold my knife on the community market. I then wanted to buy some R6 credits since i don't really have anything else to buy on steam and the new cosmetics are really awesome. I go to the store page (Which i can access fully, spend R6 credits and renown) but the "Digital Content" and "Currency Packs" in the "Categories" are grayed out and have a lock symbol over them. Trying to click both of them results in the massage "This section of the store cannot be accessed at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience." I thought maybe it's something that's only happening at the moment and i should try again at a later date, but 4 days later (now) it's still not available and displays the same massage (Tried to access it every day every couple of hours or so or between games, no change).

I tried looking around on the Uplay in game overlay to see if maybe there's a store there. There is a store, but clicking it just results in the massage "There are no products available in your region at this time." I think this may have something to do with me not being able to buy R6 credits. I live in Israel, and these things happen a lot where a product isn't available here, but i've been able to buy R6 credits in the past with no problem.

My friend has this same problem (We both live in Israel).

I can buy DLCs on steam, and they do appear in game.

I would buy from a retailer, but because the steam community market can only add the funds to wallet balance on steam, this isn't possible. If i could buy R6 credits on steam, i would. But for some reason, this isn't possible and isn't just a DLC.

If anyone knows anything or can help in any way, i'll appreciate it very much! Even if you don't know a fix but may have an idea, feel free to share! it wouldn't hurt to try it.... I know many people have this problem from searching online myself, but as far as i can see, no solution was found and most people just give up and buy a code or just don't buy the R6 credits at all....

Anywhoo, that's a little long for a support ticket (I guess this is a ticket) but i'd like to give as much info as possible because you never know what will effect what with Steam and Uplay and what ever other services this tangled mess of connections uses...

Hey Shalomander!

Thank you for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to purchase credits in-game.

In order for us to assist you with this, we will need you to visit our support website[support.ubi.com] and create a ticket, explaining the issue you're having, which in this case would be appeal to make further purchases in-game.

Once that is done, let us know your ticket number and we will forward details over to our Rainbow Six: Siege team who will investigate it further to see what's the cause for it.

Please note that all instances are assessed on individual basis and in regards to communication forward, this would take place via ticket itself, where in case of correspondence, you will receive an email as well.
