Is it possible to transfer a R6 Siege ownership from my friends account to my own without removing the progress from his Uplay account?
I recently bought Ranbow Six Siege through steam but I realised my laptop can't run the game so I binded the game to my friends Uplay account so he can play because he has a gaming PC. I am planning to get a new PC soon but i realised that the ownership of the game is on HIS Uplay account and not mine eventhough my steam account which I purschased the game on is linked to MY Uplay account. I know you can contact player support and transfer the ownership but it resets the progress. What I wanted to do is take back the ownership and gift R6 siege to his steam account which he can then link to HIS Uplay accountw which he played the game on without resetting his prgress. I was just wondering if it's possible to do that?

Hi progress is bound to the account and cant be transferred to another. You're correct in that it is possible to transfer the game ownership however that does not include any progress or unlocks an account has made in the game.

hello. i just came across this. does this also mean that the operators i have on this account wont be unlocked if i transfer the ownership to a new account?

Yes, that would be the case.

You would need to unlock them on the new account to play them.
