Connection error
Anyone else having Connection errors? I was able to play without any issues yesterday.

I'm having issues today. Earlier today I was able to play but by the end of every match I would be disconnected from the Server. It made no sense but I played at least 4 matches successfully and was not connected to the server following the match. Went to go eat and some time later I've now been unable to connect to any server. I've been disabling norton, clearing some cache file that was recommended online etc. I don't know what to do. People are playing it when i checked twitch. When i first tried to load support.ubi.com it tried to connect me to the polish site for some reason. I manually changed it so that I could actually load the support page. I don't know what's going on.

Clueless here as well, not many people seem to be having any issues. Just us as far as I know.

Hey everyone. If you're having issues still with connectivity, I would suggest trying the steps down below:

1. Port Forwarding - configure your router and/or firewall to forward the following network ports:

Uplay
TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008

Rainbow Six: Siege
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: ​10000-10099, 3074​, 6015

Directions for configuring network ports are specific to the software and hardware being used and can be found by visiting the manufacturer's website.

2. Local DNS
If you are still having connection problems, you will want to try flushing your DNS and resetting your Windows hosts file.

My son had similar issues with the "Problem with your internet connection" message and was unable to log in. Uninstalled and re-installed. No luck. Dropped the firewall, still no luck. What finaly fixed things was I made his win10 user account a member of the Administrators group, ran the game (logged in fine), revoked the Administrators group membership and restarted. Game now works!
