1. GPU drivers are up to date.
2. Try optimizing the game via GeForce Experience.
3. Disabling full screen optimization on RainbowSix.exe:
You can do this by finding RainbowSix.exe in the games main directory. Right click .exe and click properties & select compatibility tab. Check the box that says ''disable full screen optimizations''
4. Running Steam, the game and the Uplay client with {LINK REMOVED}administrator rights.
5. Temporarily disable other programs that are running in the background except programs associated with the game.
If you're still having issues, please check out the {LINK REMOVED}performance issues guide.
Please let me know if any of the steps resolves your issue.

3. There is no such option. I know that it is on Windows 10 but not on 7
4. Didn't work
5. I disabled evey program except steam and uplay client, still didn't work
Do you have the Case ID for your Support Contact?
You'd want to make sure you've include a DxDiag & MSINFO, which you can do through the steps here[support.ubi.com]
- Ubisoft Support
No i do not have the Case ID
Once logged in open the menu on the right and select Cases. You should be able to see the Case Number/ID from there.
- Ubisoft Support
Yea there is one. The Case number is 08339896
But it's in Polish so you might have problem with understanding it
Updated everything even have the processes on the game on high yet it still happens.Instead of making garbage skins and releasing charms maybe work on the optimization
We'll take a look at that and get back to you.
- Ubisoft Support
Certainly we would advise making sure you've been through the troubleshooting suggested above.

could be hardware issue .
If clean boot was performed right.
Or something out of your control .
i have exactly same problem and moreover im also from Poland...
- have actual geforce experience (or whatever its called)
- have updated drivers
- have win 7
- had geforce gtx 660 and thought that maybe its too old so i just bought new geforce gtx 1660 - still same problem...
- had only 8 gb of ram so i bought another 8 gb so 16gb in total - still same problems...
moreover i have observed thats now its even worse than it was
please help!
A GTX 1660 is certainly more than capable of playing Rainbow Six Siege. I have some questions for you -
- What CPU are you using?
- Are you running Windows 7 32bit or 64bit?
- How much FPS are you getting, and how much are you expecting?
Thank you!
