Are you able to record a clip of the issue you've encountered?

Yesterday I updated my mouse drivers and changed the mouse USB port which seems to have helped a bit. However, as you can see in my video, it still happens.

I've only had this problem for a couple of days and it might have something to do with one of the recent updates, and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue.
Do you have any controllers connected to your computer whilst you are playing? If so, does it improve after disconnecting them?
If you set the Raw Input setting to On under the controls tab, does it improve?

Can you set up a case on our support site[support.ubi.com] and upload copies of your DXDiag and MSInfo files[support.ubi.com] (in text format please)
Once you've done this, can you please let us know your case number, then we can get this looked into.

What kind of Mouse are you using and does it use any separate driver software?
Are you using any Overlays at the same time as the game?
