Year 3 Starter Edition not giving me year 3 operators.

When i purchased the game i guess i purchased an edition that gave me a DLC called.
"Year 3 started edition WW Uplay Activation"
I can see the DLC on steam but have no CD key for it, actually i have no option to see a CD Key for anything r6.
and when i look on my uplay account it shows that i do not own the DLC.

Do you know when and where you bought this from? The Year 3 Starter Edition shouldn't technically exist any more and it seems to have been converted to a standard edition from what I can see.

We may be able to look into it but it would need to go through our support site.

1-3-2019 is when i purchased the game and i got it here on steam i belive

I opened up a support ticket and this was the response i got, but maybe i explained the situation wrongly..

"Hello there,

The Starter Edition doesn't come with any Operators and would only unlock some of the starter Operators randomly. It will not include any Year 3 Operators. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Did it say that it came with a Year 3 Pass? If not, then it would not include the operators from Year 3.

I'd respond to your ticket to let them know you bought the Year 3 Starter Edition and send a proof of purchase: {LINK REMOVED}https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000026586/Accessing-the-Steam-proof-of-purchase/

Just so they are aware what edition you bought if it did say it came with a Year 3 Pass.

Looking on the account I can see the activation of the Starter edition but not the Year 3 pass.
The starter edition itself does not grant the operators.

Okay i understand that, but why on steam do i have a DLC called "3 year starter edition WW Uplay activation"
I can play the game with or without this installed, and this DLC does not show on my uplay account

I'm not sure why its listed as a DLC in Steam as that is the base game.
If you had another version of Siege already then you wouldn't see a second appear in the Uplay client as it is the same game.
