ALPHA PACK WINNING BUT NOT GIVEN
ALPHA PACK WINNING BUT NOT GIVEN
it happens sometimes that when i win a alpha pacck the counter gos to 2 % showing i win it but after i go open it and says 0 packs owned !!! pls help me what happens ??????? my name at ubisoft is PLESZVILLE

Hi there,

We are currently looking into reports of Alpha Pack issues. If you do get an Alpha Pack drop but isn't showing, it should appear once you restart the game completely.

No worries, generally if you believe you should have something and can't find it, a restart should resolve it in most cases. We are currently looking into the issue with Alpha Packs not showing but it is just a visual error
