Cursor bug in R6

I've been having a bug where whenever I go into a ranked game, I can see my cursor over the game. I can't look around, although I can ADS, move, shoot, and walk around. This has only been happening since phantom sight came out. It happens only in ranked, T-hunt and casual never have this issue, and the bug goes away for the rest of the game if I restart it. If anyone has a fix for this please let me know because for the first 20 or so games of the season I've tried numerous things, but have always ended up missing the first round of every game due to having to restart.

In another thread on this issue, where you posted before, a user mentioned that this was being caused by either the Steam client being open behind the game or the browser being open on the Steam overlay.

Could this be the case for you?

I thought this could have been this issue, but I entirely disabled the steam overlay and every other overlay I had, and the issue continued to happen.
