Files are already downloaded but still needs to install?
I just noticed this problem awhile ago, I was going to play RSS but when I click on it, it still needs to install the game even though when I check the folders in steamapps the game is already installed there ?

Hey there,

There was a recent update which is why Steam may need to install more data. You can try verifying the files:

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

However, you will more than likely need to download these files!

Thanks for getting back to us.

The game showing as uninstalled can unfortunately happen with Steam games, but you should be able to resolve it through the steps in the guide here
